Super glue them all together or fill them with shave cream.
My neighbor, a first class jerk keeps his shoes piled up, right next to the lift, up to the buttons. So every time you go to the lift, you will have his shoes near you. Extremely annoying. Talking to him didn't help. How to teach this jerk a lesson?

2. Fill all his shoes with goat shi* and leave a note saying "I ESCAPED JUSTICE"
