I usually go to the batting cages and try to beat the heck out of some baseballs, with moderate success ! LOL. The punching bag in my garage is a great way to get out your frustrations ! Sometimes I put a picture on it and beat it up till I'm tired ! Works for me ! You might think about that!
What do you do when you're in one of those moods where you're so frustrated and pissed that you want to go on top of an isolated hill and scream at the top of your lungs? (But there is no such hill around.)
Well, considering THAT is a daily event, I go about my business and just deal with it. I am soo ready to retire!
1.I talk to my mother,cousin & girlfriend (anyone you have to talk to it would surely makes you feel good)
2.I listen to Linkin Park (I'm not sure it works for you)
3.I punch my hands & hit to the wall over & over until I empty that feeling. I know that sounds crazy but it calms me down very quickly.( I don't recommend you do that tho, I just answered the question you asked so!)
