Yes, there is something called love, unfortunately, what many refer to love now days is nothing but just pure lust that the media has made us kinda believe is love.
Here is what I know is the way of love, according to my upbringing.
TO have love for someone means you are going to excercise alot of patience for this person, patience interms of their attitute, character, behavior, words, emotional upsets etc, in addition to this, you must be kind, and not act as though you are a god, meaning...boasting will take you no where, you need to check on yourself...humility is key...and this is not just for romantic love, even family, friends, workmates, neighbours etc
To be a loving person, means that you are not a resentful person to others, or irritable, instead of rejoiceing in others failures, you try to make them correct their wrongs, you bear all things and situations...now, is this easy? NO!!! Is it possible, well YES! But it is a school...and thats what I call love...LOVE IS A LEARNING ACADEMY...learning to become selfless...it is nothing easy..thats my take.
