There are a few different types of depression, but the main 2 are seasonal affective depression (S.A.D) and major depression. S.A.D is when you are only depressed if there is little to no sunlight. Major depression can be caused by many things. The main thing I would suggest is to keep reminding yourself that you have people in your life who love and care for you. The best thing would be to talk to your bff or someone close to you. Keeping everything hidden is not only more painful but can cause more problems down the line. If it gets worse or doesn't go away then you should seek out a counselor. I hope this helps.
