If a guy really likes a girl and enjoys being with her but doesn't want a relationship, what are the possible answers to this?

There's only one... He just enjoys the company of the girl but as for being more, being friends is enough for him.

Unless he was seeking her company and still not wanting a relationship, I'd call that denying. He could be afraid of rejection so he uses her company as a solitude of just being close to her, is enough.
