My big brother moved out at 16 or so, for no good reason! He was back in the house after 6 months when money got tight and he got lonely on his own.

In them 6 months my mum made him pretty jealous by doing stuff without him, so he moved back in exactly how it was before he left.

Talk to them to try to talk them out of it. Talk to them about things like where will they stay, how they will pay bills, how will they feed themselves, etc

Tell her go ahead and let her; she'll not want to. If that doesn't work let her and she'll come back.

You are the parent, your'e in charge. The legal age of an "adult" is 21. You still have authority over your teen. Put your foot down and say "No." No buts.

tell him to go but to give everything back that you gave him just leave some clothes for him it wont be long until hes back thats what my mom alwys tell us she just doesnt care and in a way she is strick  if a child wants to do something wrong tell him to go for it he would either not go because you dont care or learn the hard way and anyway not do something that stupid

As a teen I can understand this, there's obviously a reason as to why they want to move out, ask them why, if its a reasonable answer try to fix the problem. If they're just being a typical teen give them some tough love.
