Maybe you should start by saying what's wrong with your life and, then, someone will be able to help you. You can also start by taking time for yourself to think and realize what's wrong.
Perhaps there are so many things in your life right now that you just don't know where to start and secretly hope for somebody to give you a quick and simple solution to make everything better.
One way you can do that is not care. However, only do this to a certain extent. If you're worrying about something that happened in the past, you most likely can't do anything about it. Infact, you can almost never do anything about it! It's the past, you can't re-visit it. Unless we invent time machine technology but that's a different story.
You're also most likely stressed out because just recently, there have been a ton of things going wrong and it just hasn't been your week. DON'T WORRY - IT WILL PASS. For every bad occurrence, a good one will occur sometime in your future (and vice versa). I believe that's how Karma works, if I'm not mistaken.
