Your pregnancy is probably due to your unprotected sex, not lying in semen. It is very unlikely for sperm to travel inside from the outside because they, for one, aren't that big and they need to swim through a dry bed to get to the egg (which is a long way for sperm). Plus, the bed was probably relatively dry enough to make swimming very difficult for the sperm to go anywhere far.
