Since your baby is just 3 months, its important to keep feeding her milk. If you dont have much yourself, you can buy the milk powder and make it. Some baby maybe allergic to honey, so you need to consult this with doctor if you want to put honey on her soother.
Is It OK To Put A Little Honey On My Baby's Soother? And What Should I Start To Feed My (3 Months) Baby Other Than The Milk?
You do not need to give a child under two honey. Consult with your doctor and he/she will tell you that honey contains a bacteria that can release spores into your child's stomach and it can be fatal. This is due to children under two are not yet able to digest the bacteria.
Please do not put honey or anything else on the soother. If baby is only 3 months old then maybe this is a bit young to put on other feeds. If the baby is a big baby then start on baby rice. Trying just a spoonful at a time. Best of luck
Hi i have always been told by dr.s that a baby cant have honey till they are at least a year old it confused me too. Um with my kids i started feeding them baby cereal to start off with then about a month later i started on the baby foods with fruits and vegies. I hope that helps some
Don't feed your baby anything solid until he/she has teeth and starts reaching for food. You don't say if you're breastfeeding or not; but if you are, that is the ONLY food your baby needs for at least the first six months.
That baby is hungry, I have children and grands, my youngest grand is 3 months today, she eats baby cereal, and peas, apple sauce, carrots and a little juice and water, figure a schedule for feeding and she will stop crying when she is full.
Nothing at all... If the baby is only 3 months maybe put a little cereal for infants in the milk or spoon feed a little of cereal to the baby. But be careful that you don't over feed the baby because you could mess up its digestion system. And if u over feed the baby it could cause the baby to sleep to heavily which can cause death do to the babies stomach being to full. But the best thing to do is to consult the baby's pediatrician.
When my daughter was three months she had baby rice, carrots peas, and custard. It takes a little while for them to adjust to having food.and she is now 14years old alls I can say is try it and see what she does.As for the honey put only a little on the soother.
When my kids were that young, the peidiatrician told us not to use honey until age 2 as there are certain bacteria that stay in the honey coming from the bees. It could cause respiratory problems such as asthma and allergies. It also could cause internal infections that would be fatal if not caught and treated quickly.
As far as foods, the infant cereals are a good thing but I can't recall when we started with them. Next time you are at the store check out the box and see what it says or ask you peidiatrician. It will take a while for your baby to adjust to more solid type foods. Their stools will get very messy as the digestive tract will be in mayhem until they adjust.

You should really ask your Pediatrician but.. Honey can cause respiratory problems in young children and really shouldn't be given to infants.
Hi , your baby is still small only 3 months so I think you can not give him/her something else at the moment but the best way you should go to see a doctor and ask her as it's safe than to ask other people 's ideas before giving him/her the food.
No! Never give your baby honey, it is extremely bad for their digestive system..At this age (3 months) only give them baby formula or breast milk. From 4-6 months give them breast milk, formula PLUS Semi-liquid iron-fortified rice cereal AND Other grain cereals like oats or barley
