I'm so sorry to hear of your difficulties.. I myself am trying for a child and have had a miscarriage in the past. It's the most emotionally painful thing a woman can go through. Right now I am trying to adopt a child through a private party.. No lawyers, no mess, just a simple signing over of the child. It's just very difficult to find a private party willing to just sign their child over to a stranger, but look around- try doing some research and ask around a bit.
