My dad lives with my sister, but he's forgetting things and keeps saying to me he doesn't know where his money is going and my sister won't show me his statements. Can I get power of my attorney as I am the eldest child?

Yes you can but you will need to see a solicitor and explain the situation, they should be more than helpful or if he has a social worker try talking to them because your sister is probably doing something shes not suppose to, and I'm sure they will be more than helpful. Oh yeah but if your sister has power of atterny its going to be a struggle unless you get your father to approve this.
