Not at all. In fact I find them more comfortable. I only have two because I'm generally used to regular cotton thongs. But they don't hurt at all. I wear them at night and in the morning while I have my first few smokes of the day. Ive got my in black and one in pink

they can be more comfortable than a regular thong. There are two types tho.

Make sure you get a the double.
This can be warn around your labia very nicely, and very comfortably. Alternatively just inside, or right up the middle when you are feeling promiscuous.
There is a single, but they would be just like wearing the later, but all day, and that would be rather hard to do.
Go with the double, the double, you can wear it all day.
