This is such a broad question I don't think anyone can give you the best answer. If you think it will help you, go ahead, keeping in mind you can't take it back. You will not know if it actually helps you until you do it. My guess, which frankly I think is the best anyone can do for you, is you will NOT get the release or comfort you are looking for. Instead, try FORGIVING yourself for whatever choice you now regret, remembering that a choice, (decision) is always good in some way because it is a choice.
