Check airway visually to look for obstruction, check for breathing, check pulse...givs 2 rescue breathes follwed by 30 compressions. Ratio should be rapid as children breathe quicker than adults. After set reanalyze for breath and pulse...continue till rescue arrives, child starts breathing on own or until you're too exhausted to continue.
