There is no healthy way to make your feet smaller and so you should not do it. Urban fabrications about wearing smaller shoes to shrink your feet is preposterous and will only cause you to have trouble, in both the short and the long term, with walking and with the structure of your feet.
Chinese people used to bind children's feet to ensure they did not grow. This involved them putting bandages around children's feet from a young age. These bandages, which were wrapped tightly, would ensure the children's feet did not grow in length but cause them to curve and created smaller feet. Though, this would have caused severe problems with walking as it would have caused issues with the bones in these women's feet.
Wearing small shoes will cause something similar if you continue to do it. In the short run it will also just be plain uncomfortable to walk around with small shoes that constrict the movement of your feet.
You should not have any issues with your feet, even if they are large that is just the way they are and you should not care. Falling in line with some manufactured form of beauty is a silly thing for a person to do. You should not care about having small feet as it is only another part of you and should not be put off by anyone who discusses or dislikes things like that in such a case.
Beauty comes from the inside and you should not have any worries about how people perceive you because of the size of your feet. Your health is the most important thing and any notion of reducing the size of your feet through uncomfortable means is ill advised. YOLO
