Depending on if you mean 2 weeks gestation or after the baby is born and 2 weeks old. 2 weeks gestation it is just a few cells accumulating as it becomes a fetus. Maybe the size of a dot, you wouldnt even be able to see it in an ultrasound til you are about 6 weeks along, then it would only be a size of a small dot on an ultrasound screen, but it would have a heart beat then. 2 weeks old after the baby is born, the baby probably still looks like a newborn at most, since he/she really still is considered that.
