Depends on what you call a scam. I got a lady friend to call a particularly loud and bombastic work colleague, profess undying love for him and threaten to arrive on his doorstep. She claimed to have met him on a business trip to London.
He was visibly shaken. (and quite a lot quieter for the rest of the week).
To this day he still does not know that he was set up. (And of course, my friend never turned up to embarrass him).
No, but I was an unwilling participant of a long-con. I didn't know wtf happened until it was too late.
Not really ! Only Officers when I was in the service so someone could rip off their Scotch while I was distracting the R.E.M.F. Officer! LOL
Not for money. But in my younger, bar hopping days I would turn on the charm to get a free drink or two from some obnoxious, self-absorbed guys. But I think I earned them more so than scammed them. Plus it was entertaining for my friends.
