I have no motivation to loose weight, what could I do?

Motivation is overrated. It's either you do it or you don't. Simple as that.

To eat or not to eat?

That is the only question you should ask yourself if you want to lose weight.

I agree with that, it's as clear as you saying but trust me to some it doesn't work like that. so many people need motivations and mostly a sight of rewards to catch when they done finishing the aim.

Try recruiting a friend or family member to join you. You could motivate each other or maybe have a little competition to see who loses the most weight.

It's strange a bit! You whether you want or not want it! Someone who doesn't have a motivation won't do anything, so your question tells me you want to do lose weight and you almost have a motivation but you just don't know how to connect with it. You're thinking about with no doubt.

The first question would be is it truly necessary to lose weight ? Maybe you're fit already and overthinking with yourself.

But then, ask yourself, you considering to lose weight, all right , but what's the image you looking for ? The purpose ? The aim ? You wanna put time, effort and work hard to what end ? That end and the final image is what your motivation should be.

People lose weight for being fit, what being fit represents ?

-Healthy lifestyle -Healthier body  -Looking more sharp -Dresses fits on you better and sits on your body more suit and many more! You need to keep your eyes on the prizes and build up yourself psychologically to keep to the path, none stop till you reach the prize.

The obvious answer is to get a personal trainer, but those can be expensive, they make apps to help motivate you and help you lose weight there are also a couple websites where you can live chat with a real body builder to help motivate you

Don't push yourself hard about that you should lose weight and start to live a peaceful and balanced life. Do what makes you happy. If you feel good, there is no point of pushing yourself to the limit just because someone said that we all have to have abs and big muscles! Do sports, but only because it is healthy.

you needn't motivation for loose weight .

Don't follow  diet  eat well and fill stomach much you can.

but take carbohydrate more and less cholesterol  food.

if you take more cholesterol  food you will be burst out  soon.
