Everyone has their own stress - relief  zone. Try to find yours & use it  to cope with it.

Try to make yourself busy by doing something, try to think positive & do positive things. Listen to music, read books, watch movies, take a warm shower, talk to someone,  ect . .

Exercise, releases endorphins which help eliminate stress. Finding a quiet place and just blocking everything out of your mind and just focus on your breathing. Walk away from those that are causing you stress when you can. Be organized. If you know where things are and are where you are suppose to be when you are suppose to be there can eliminate a lot of undo stress.

I guess the number of people who experience stress has risen since the pandemic began. I have several rules that I follow when feeling stressed:

  • take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including those on social media
  • exercise
  • deep breathing
  • make time for hobbies
  • eat well
  • talk about your problems
Of course, you can address a doctor if you can't cope with yourself. I personally was prescribed pills. But according to the Canadian pharmacy. They had many side effects, so I try to avoid taking them.
