Spending time with family and/or friends.
A long hot bath, with a good book
Snuggling with my pup.
A run outside to the park.
My family & friends at the first, but most of the times I never show up around them when I'm down, cause yes they cheer me up but I don't wanna risk it to say something wrong to hurt them out of my control. Usually I listen to music specially Linkin Park, they cheers me up as heck!
I play Super Smash Bros :P
I have a friend that can almost sense when I'm upset xD... And she calls me :) or I text one of my other friends because he's pretty cool :3
