What if a person doesn't believe in himself?

If a person doesn't believe in themselves it makes it harder for others to believe in them.  They need to believe that they are capable of doing good things and that they are a very important part of this world, because we all are.

He will always wonder whether what he or she did right or wrong. This type of person sometimes shy and introvert. They like to be alone.

I suggest that they treat this behaviour slowly day per day. If not they might get depression and lose control of themselves
