I think it depends. If a person is trying to be the first to answer a question then no, but if someone takes their time and gives an informative, helpful answer then yes. I like to think that I am the latter (:
Do you think before asking a question? The person thinks about the answer or just posts it? I think no!
I just answer.. I know my answer as I read the question..
