Try maybe.. Ah! My Godess, Angel Beats, Black Cat, Chrono Crusade, Chobits, DN Angel, Fruits Basket, Full Metal Panic, Kaichou wa Maid-Sama, Kanokon, Tsubasa Chronicals, and Shakugan No Shana. Sorry those aren't a lot like Soul Eater, but Soul Eater is a very unique anime... It would be hard to find one just like it.
