Ouran High School Host Club, Love Hina, Magikano, Wallflower, Shuffle!, and the Familiar of Zero are the only romantic comedy harems I can think of right now that are dubbed. :)

Try maybe.. Ah! My Godess, Angel Beats, Black Cat, Chrono Crusade, Chobits, DN Angel, Fruits Basket, Full Metal Panic, Kaichou wa Maid-Sama, Kanokon, Tsubasa Chronicals, and Shakugan No Shana.
