They are made out of silicone, which is not what condoms are made out of.   Condoms are made out of a different rubber-based material called latex.   They're not made out of used condoms, and they're not going to give you skin cancer - we use lots of stuff with silicone in them every day, like hair products, and the stuff used to put floor tiles together.

I heard they were and I freaked out. My 2 cousins told me and one of them doesn't even know what condoms are. But seriously why would adults do that; I don't even care that they clean it. A condom is a condom and they are letting kids wear them.
