CROSSWAEH is a Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF) that provides assessment (of programming and treatment needs), chemical dependency treatment, and highly structured supervision to felony offenders. CBCF programs give offenders an opportunity to remain in their community while addressing such issues as education, substance abuse, cognitive skills, employment, anger management and other life skills.
