No, if it's hers then no. And if you strong enough you might be able to lift her and throw her out the door. But you'd have to be pretty strong

By the time you thought of it ,it must be hard for you to stay with her.If you have got kids,then you should not.Depending on where you live ,I can't say you can not throw her out because if it was in Africa,you just wake up and do it and no one will even press charges.To me I would think there has to be a more peaceful way to solve your differences.Have you tried them all? If not then List them down and try them one by one.My bible tell s me to pursue peace with all men,you should also pursue it because its always worth it.
No you can't throw her out if it is her legal residance. You would have to take legal actions to get her out which could take a little bit of time to do so.
