How do I ask my co-worker out casually? She let me try a drink and told me that it was hers after I sipped it. She put her mouth on my cup when making me a drink, etc. I could give her a note?

I am with Echooos on the age thing! Is this like a news paper route you guys work for? First of all..... Sharing drinks.... Ewww! That is not flirty or nice. It's disgusting. It's cold and flu season! Don't read into THAT as flirty. It's more ditzy. Second of all... Don't do the note thing. It's not a manly way of asking someone out. If you really want to WOW her with a "note" write it in a card or even a letter. But be warned work romances are a recipe for disaster especially if they don't work out. Either way I hope you don't value your place of employment much. (Because there is even MORE complications including legal ones if one of you are a boss/manager/supervisor/superior!)

If you think she is sending you "signals", then be a person of intestinal fortitude and approach her face to face. Nothing says "I'm an adult" like being able to speak directly to other people.

I mean if you want to be acting like a child, then I guess you could "Pass her a note" . . . But don't let the teacher see!
