Its common for people to go through phases in their life when they hate themselves, but when we get stuck in that way of thinking for a longer period of time it can be quite damaging to our health. Is this how you feel just today, or this week, or has it been a constant feeling for over a month?

You need to try and work out when that belief becomes stronger, such as after speaking to a certain person, or having done something that plays on your conscience.  Try to figure out what it is about you that you don't like. If you had a magic wand, what would you change about your life or yourself?  What would you have to be like to not hate yourself?

It sounds like you might have problems with low self-esteem. Do you criticise yourself a lot, find it hard to notice your strengths and think others are better than you? If so, there is a great self help book based on CBT (cognitive Behavioural Therapy) called Overcoming Low Self-Esteem, by Melanie Fennell. Its well worth a read. You may also want to think about seeking help from your GP.

You shouldn't hate yourself! You know once even I hated my myself but now I just love myself I am the best friend of my own self! And you can only live life happily if you love yourself! So stop hating and start loving!

I feel that way too, whenever I do something stupid, or get embarrassed, or just anything. I get grumpy often, and I just feel like I'm a horrible person. To fix this I have to put on makeup, watch a good movie, or watch an inspiring YouTube video like orionspeaks. Hanging out with someone you don't get embarrassed around helps too.
