You basically have to do it with your fingers and try to simulate sex . You don't need no doctor for that

Most women find it easier to reach orgasm through external stimulation ie; via the clitoris than through penetration. Try doing it yourself to see what gives you pleasure.. It may take practise and perseverance!

Women need to learn how to achieve organism. The harder they try the less successful they will be. First the setting and the mood must be right. Then women benefit from prolonged foreplay. Their erogenous zones need to be stimulated, i.e., oral lips, under the ears, areola, lower outer quadrant of the breasts, nipples, lower abdomen, inner thigh, feet, mons pubis, outer labia, introitus and finally G-spot up the anterior vaginal wall just above the pubic bone and before the bladder. These areas can be self stimulated or by partner stimulated, using finger tips, mouth, tongue or genital organs.
The women needs to concentrate on her lover, real or imaginary, during this exercise.
I used to counsel my women patients that is was their job to bring their partner pleasure and the partner's job to bring the woman pleasure. Try it, it works.

Some women have problems in achieving orgasms. Medically , the women' s vaginal muscles become relaxed after peak of sexual stimulations. This relaxation of muscle creates an enjoyable condition called orgasm. Some ladies have long periods of muscle contractions during sex and can not achieve the orgasms. Unfortunately, no medicine is available to treat this. Only long duration of intercourse can give you orgasm.

Are you on any type of medications, like anti depressants? They are notorious for lack of interest. Ask your doctor about your problem, I'm sure he/she will have an answer for you.

I still do not recieve an orgasm even when intercourse last for almost hours. I don't believe duration has anything to do with the climax. But for me, intercourse is mostly pain.
