Go to the DMV and file for a loss of title, they will explain it from there!

Before replacing the flasher check all the light bulbs that are supposed to blink. A blown light bulb will cause that problem also! A blinking bulb has two elements in it, if the one that is supposed to blink is blown it may cause the problem you describe!

Sounds like a vacum leak, have someone step on the brake while you pop the hood and listen for it. You should be able to find it easy. Once found, plug the vac line back in, problem solved. good luck
