I used wax and some bonjela when my lips started hurting. It does work, it will stop hurting after a couple of days. Good luck!

It does hurt after you've had them fitted and the metal can feel weird and heavy, but after a couple of weeks it will stop aching and once uve got used to them it will feal like you havn't got them on! But be careful what you eat!
