Wrong, wrong, wrong. Something's not right with a 20 year old guy that wants to be with a 14 year old, when you're older, it's not so bad, like 30 to 36? No biggy. But right now, you're still a child, and he's not. GET AWAY before something really bad happens.

I too would recommend informing someone. Ether your parents or a teacher. This guy sounds like he many need help.
