You sound like a third wheel right now. Life is too short for your nose to be in her business like that right now. I want to say "what's it to you?" If you are really concerned about her suddenly having a dog, take RefreshMe's advice, be a good friend and help her. Don't be petty and jealous. I think it is not the DOG you are jealous of... It is her new boyfriend your jealous of. Which is understandable in a way because you two are friends. Sometimes it hurts when a friend finds a Bo. Be honest with yourself. Then be honest with her. Take your dogs to a dog park and hang out.
I wouldn't be jealous, I would be concerned for the dog. If she only got to impress her new boyfriend, what is going to happen to the pup when the relationship fails. (And since she is changing her opinion on something so drastically to please someone, it will fail.) Be her friend and help her train the dog. That way when the relationship fails and she no longer wants the pup, you can offer to take it in.
it 'll be alright.
