Tell her very firmly that you don't like it. Take a stand. This is a form of harassment. If she doesn't stop tell the teacher, your parents and the principle. This is unacceptable behavior.
You should confront her, but make it so that it's more about your personal space preference than her being a lesbian.
Just tell her to stop it .. That it's not appreciated .. That this makes you uncomfortable .. Something to that affect
Congratulations that you're a girl. If things don't feel right to you, tell that person to stop it. You don't need to ask strangers on a website what "YOU" should do. Common sense is something you should strive for.
