Depends on what sort of Cougar. The western northern US and most of South America has Cougars.
If you are talking about the other sort, someone else will have to answer.

TOO FUNNY OTIS!!!!! Lol!
Lets see..... Looking for cougars huh? Let your good ol friend Yin help you out and brainstorm some ideas on this one.......
1) Denny's restaurant during the early bird special hours
2) The Polly Grip aisle at your local Walmart
3) A quilt or knitting class at Michaels
4) A "Silver Sneakers" fitness gym
5) The maternity ward nursery window
6) Bingo hour at your local Church
7) The local veterinary office on Saturday mornings taking "Lil FeeFee" the mini Yorkie for her annual check up. (Hay Motormouth Kitty can find a friend to!)
8) Anytime during the afternoon, Monday thru Friday, at a park where you will find the cougars taking their little grand-cubs for an outing till Mama cat and Papa cat get off of work.
You know me my friend, always thinking OUTSIDE the box! LOL!
I know my state does, I live in Washington State which pretty much all Forest, a cougar's habitat.
Florida does as we have two kinds , the older women looking for younger guys and the Florida Panthers who seem to be dwindling down in numbers in part to numerous car strikes
State game agencies have estimated cougar populations in the United States to be between 20,000 and 40,000 cougars.
Didn't find the answer you were looking for?
