If you are secure in yourself, and know who you are and what you want and you find ome who complements that, it is worth it. If you are looking for someone to complete you, or find someone only whats to contradict you or stop you from your goals, than it is not worth it.

As long as your person is supportive of you, then you can pretty much accomplish anything.

Unlike a car that sits in the driveway, having a boyfriend/girlfriend tends to be considerably more involved in your daily mental and physical life.

Generally speaking, boyfriends/girlfriends tend to demand considerably more attention than your car, both fuel and maintenance wise.

Worth it or not?---your decision; but it depends partially on what your goals are.
