Report it to the proper authorities
Unfortunately, there is no easy certain way to stop this so either learn to defend yourself or make the biggest guy on the football team your best bud at school . Maybe one day someone will come up with a sure way to stop this little childish game
You don't stop bullies no matter what anti-bullying idea you have, it won't work, ever. Bullies do not care one bit what you think about them, any advance in bully awareness does no good what the so called 'victims' need to do is just grow up, and learn to live with the fact that others will have opinions on them and need to live with it
