You have no job so you cannot afford to take take of the baby. The kid father may or may not be in the child life because he is young also and have no job. You have to stay at home and take care of the baby no partying anymore , You may end of in the system through welfare , food stamps, section 8 housing , which their is nothing wrong with those things only if you use them for when you need assistance, and not as an excuse not to do better with your life and that is all you expect out of life.
