I had a friend that did this when we were in grade school and he was seen by a doctor for adha. That has been a long time ago when not a lot of meds were out but I can tell you he has no issues with it now! I believe he would rub his hands on the upper part of his legs back n forth to help him think and stay on task, or when he was very neverous, or very stressed! Have you asked your Doctor about this ? If not call and ask questions such as, explain what is happening, is this an issue I need to talk over with a Specialist ? Or is this something my Dr. Can help with, that way you know what direction to take.
