Well you are only 13 and have lots of time to learn and enjoy how to kiss a boy. Make sure you only do it when you feel ready and he is not pressurising you into it. When you do kiss there is no right or wrong way. You may want to use tongues or not. It is up to you. I would just say relax and do what feels right to you and him.
