The Clerk has a list of authorized individuals, who can perform a marriage ceremony at the courthouse, or you can ask a minister of your choice. You can then request authorization through the Clerk's office for him/her to perform the ceremony at the courthouse.

Office hours:M-F 8:30 to 5:00 (Paper work complete by 4:30)
Marriage license requirements: Clerk of the Circuit Court $30.00 Cash or local check
Both parties must be present
One party must be 18 years or older/Party under 16 must have parental written authorization to marry
Blood test not required
No waiting period
Marriage certificate must be signed and returned to the Clerk's office to receive a Marriage license.
