I am 16 soon. I work with someone that is 26 we talk a lot and I think I like him. He seems to like me as well. What should I do? Is this normal?

Infatuation is quite normal but the legalities are questionable. Most likely, you are not "of age" to date an adult. That totally depends on which country you live in and the laws in that country.

Where I live, the age is 16. But I don't think I'm willing to go as far as date this guy. I'm just confused at the moment.

The best thing to do is just enjoy his company at work and leave it at that. You're quite young and will probably have many more crushes in your life to come.

I was gonna call him a pervert but you said you are not interested in dating him, that your confused soooo I changed my answer. What you are experiencing is what I call a "school girl crush." You spend time with this person everyday so you develope a crush like one a schools girl would get for her teacher. It will pass and yes you are normal. ☺

But I work with him a lot and I feel like feelings will grow... Also he doesn't make any kind of inappropriate remarks towards me.

Its normal to find someone attractive, but wanting to date them, idk.

I suggest just being friends at most, and pushing away any feelings you have till your in the same walk of life as he is( out of school, 18, maybe 17)
