He thinks he has control over you. And guess what he does. If he is only paying attention when you are wiling to fight and is smiling about it, he likes to see you in turmoil. Walk away. Don't yell. Don't make a fuss. Just don't say anything. He obviously doesn't care enough to make time for you, so you should do the same. Go find someone who is willing to make you are priority and will not be amused when you are upset.
