I would say that he doesn't have respect for himself or for the person he hit. The bible gives us clear instructions on how to treat each other.
What does it mean when a girl gets hit by another guy when you are with her, and then she says the guy was disrespectful and didn't even think about who you were, like what if you were my boyfriend and he just asked me out in front of you?
It means the guy hitting on her either knows you are not her boyfriend or doesn't care. It also means if she is your girlfriend and if you didn't say something you may need to step up your game. The girl is the only one who had it right in this situation.
