I'm sick right now. I can't sleep at night because I can't breath. I have a stuffy nose and sore throat. I've tried blowing my nose and using nasal sprays, nothing worked. What can I do to help clear my nose/sinuses so I can sleep?

Steam!

If you don't have a steamer .. Then boil a pot of water, and sit at a table, with a towel tent over a pot or bowl of steamy water .. And inhale the moist steam .. It works wonders!

I've read of those online. Like turning on the hot water on the sink and inhaling all the steam. I haven't really tried it because I was mixing some cinnamon, ginger powder, lemon, and some honey to drink. I'll try it. Thank you!! :)

Seriously drink water.......constantly drink water.  It's not effective to drink a ton of water all at once and then don't drink water for a couple/few hours.  The secret is to be drinking all very waking moment.  It will thin out the mucous and allow it to clear through your body.  It really works.  You'll likely spend A LOT of time in the bathroom but it does work.
