You're clearly not a parent, Johnny. We're proud of our kids' achievements in whatever field. Certainly veterinary science is more laudable than disrobing to music, but the person is still the person, whatever their chosen field.

I know this is unfashionable, but in the course of a long life I've met very decent, likeable, generous people from many backgrounds -- not all of which are considered respectable.
