For the past couple of weeks this really cute white guy keeps looking at me. He talks, (or will talk) to everyone except me. I think he's purposely ignoring/avoiding me. He never smiles; he just stares. The thing is he has a girlfriend. Any advice?

I'm not sure what the problem is .. So what if he stares .. He HAS A GIRLFRIEND.,, end of story.

If he is trying to entice your attentions then he is a person with a warped sense of what It means to be in a relationship.

.. and then again, like you said .. he never even talks to you , so maybe what ever it is you "think" he's thinking about you is all in your imagination.
