My boyfriend is always saying how sexy other girls are. I talk to him about it all the time and he doesn't care. Why are boys like that? It's so immature

I would suggest that it is not only immature, it is rude and inconsiderate.  You need to either learn to live with it, as he isn't going to change (at least in the short term) or duimp him and move on.

You said it yourself. He's a "boy" and "boys" do that sort of thing. If you don't like it, cut him lose. Everybody knows that "boys" are immature, but you seem to be the only person who doesn't know that.

Most guys don't really talk about how sexy other girls are in front of their girlfriends so asking"why are guys like that?" Is a generalization. He's one individual who is obviously too immature to be in a relationship.

If he is so disrespectful, why is he still your boyfriend? He has already told you he doesn't care how you feel. That should be the only sign you need to know he is not worth your time.

Yes, he is immature if he is making you feel inept or unimportant .. It doesn't matter what the distraction is. This is not about his attentions towards other females .. This is about how HE makes YOU feel.  You can not control where he goes, what he does or says or admires .. But you can control his treatment of you. .. If not by mentioning how much it bothers you in an attempt to somehow finding a compromise then it's by walking away and finding someone a little more respectful towards you.
