what were they like?

A feeling of impending doom. Breathing gets erratic. You get so very scared at something, but you don't know what it is. My triggers could be anything, but I haven't had any in awhile.

All the time. Usually, they happen times of great stress or when I simply think of things that worry me or make me extremely sad. They occur mostly at night, but I have had some in school. Very embarrassing...

Strong palpitations, heavy sensation on my chest and throat, trouble breathing/hyperventilation, nausea, feeling like I am going to die, overwhelming feeling of dread and depression... For the most part. It's awful! Just thinking about it makes my heart ache.

Sometimes, when i get distracted from my positive cycle and goals, where heavy thoughts forcing their way out of me, stress leads in, the fear of unknowns and then the attack might occur, but i'll handle it soon by finding myself!

Closing my eyes, listening to Linkin Park and helps me to find myself better.

Slip:

Sometimes you got no control of where you go
Taken down a road you don't know
And you feel so lost you want to hide your face
You don't recognize the place your in
Sometimes the sun doesn't shine your way
Sometimes the night doesn't turn to day
But sometimes the light's so bright it burns through the night
And keeps the darkness at bay  . . .
